They also did an amazing job cleaning up—the area was actually cleaner than it was before they started! And on top of everything, they offered the best price we found.

The job was done exactly as promised and the communication was excellent. Cleanup and respect for our property was top notch. Mike also recommended venting the attic using the existing gable vents and installing a temperature-controlled gable exhaust fan instead of installing a top ridge vent, which after doing some research was the exact best way to vent an attic with no soffit vents. They repaired shingles that had blown off during a windstorm and replaced two pieces of fascia on our roof. Finding a color match for our existing fascia was not easy, but they were incredibly patient and worked hard until they found exactly what we were looking for.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. They kept us informed, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work was outstanding.
